Rejoining the 20th Century

I know what I said… but hear me out.

We recently went online in our house, we’ve been in this place for almost 5 years and just connected to the internet.  It wasn’t affordable, reliable, or necessary before now so we remained disconnected.

It’s wild and my at home productivity has all but vanished… Roku is a blessing and a curse, sure I can now binge watch with the best of them (and I finally understand what all the hype about The Good Place was, just in time for it to end), I’m not getting things around the house done.  That being said, my hope is that now that I can be online more, I’ll be able to share more.  It’s been over a year since my last post and so much has happened in that space of time.

We had our EPIC NEW ORLEANS VACATION, we spent a beautiful weekend in Carmel By the Sea, went camping, saw the Rams play in the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, have gone to Las Vegas multiple times to see my boyfriend’s mom, neighbors have come and gone, new pets have been added to the extended family, and I’m sure there are plenty of things I’m forgetting.

There’s so much more to say, but for now, the laundry is waiting and if it sits much longer I’ll have to start the load all over.
