
Ingredients:
- Tomatoes
- Basil
- Bell Pepper
- Yellow Zucchini
- Olive Oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Fresh Mozzarella
- Kosher salt
- Fresh cracked pepper
Directions:
Chop/slice/dice ingredients as desired (preferably bite sized pieces) and mix in a bowl. Season to taste. Refrigerate after thoroughly mixed. Serve cold.
