Ingredients:
1 8 ounce package softened (room temp) cream cheese
1/2 cup softened (room temp) unsalted butter
4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract (but really measure with your heart)
Directions:
beat all ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth, using a spatula to scrape down the sides. If the butter/cream cheese are too cold the frosting will be lumpy, if it’s too melted it will be runny.
