Welcome to the new home of Adventures of a Girl Named Lauren.  After 6 years, 2 moves, and 200+ posts I decided it was time to shake things up and start fresh.  I’m the same woman I’ve always been, just a little older and hopefully wiser.  I plan to move the recipes over from the old version, and honestly, that’s about it.

This will still be a place for me to share my thoughts, my triumphs, and my defeats.  It will be a place to explore who I am in this world and the people around me.
